It's been a year and three or so months since Demi Lovato was hospitalized, and she's been pretty MIA in that time, which is good -- I cannot imagine the heat of the Hollywood spotlight is a great place to find your balance. She came out to the Teen Vogue summit over the weekend, though, to talk about body positivity -- [or rather, what she's reframing as body acceptance](https://www.teenvogue.com/story/demi-lovato-new-music-2019-teen-vogue-summit?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \-- and I can only imagine how difficult it is to feel like you have to mine wisdom from tragedy every single time something publicly crappy happens to you. I hope she's sincerely doing okay and has the right people boosting her.
