The proportions of that blouse are wild. It's so blocky on her. And while I love a pleated skirt, those pockets are satchel-sized.

In this one you can see it might be more of a kilt-style wrap skirt? The shoes are all I would keep here, and honestly they don't even really go with the skirt so they DESERVE to be liberated.
