It's interesting that Anne's Mother Mary outfits have been more flowy and loosey-goosey, and she's generally gone more structured and tailored for this film. This particular dress, though... I still think it is for another event altogether. Like if she attended the Bezos wedding, but not on a boat, because she hoped not to be noticed.

Say it with me, because I know you're all thinking it: "Florals for spring. Groundbreaking."

This is crisp and fabulous.

... and then this one is RIGHT back at square one after a much-improved outing. The peplum looks terrible -- subtract it, maybe add a bright and wide-ish belt, and it's already better. But...

This fit is sincerely atrocious -- whether it's by accident or by the design, it's a horrendous choice. Maybe the universe feels like being Simone Ashley is such a blessing that it's making her draw the short fashion straw almost every time.

The Tooch doesn't play.
