For me, this... started out better than it ended? I would say that makes it a scrolldown but I don't know if I'm entirely enamored of ANY of it enough to say that. The top is... fine... but the bottom looks like they got a measurement wrong and it's just pooling and dragging; overall I think she looks she is anxiously waiting to find out if her husband won the vice presidency. I would, at the very least, rather see her in something that looks like SHE is waiting to find out if she won.
