To me...this is a mess. I don't dislike the top OR the skirt, but together just feels like a hodge-podge that they're trying to get away with because she's Diane Kruger and she has a Style Halo where she gets the benefit of the doubt that whatever she's doing MUST be chic? I will give her props for not being boring, however.

This feels better. It's not dull -- that skirt actually feels PERILOUS -- but it's also not just a flappy amalgamation of texture and pattern.
