This look seemed to be getting mixed reviews online, but I really like it. I am powerless in the face of a Dramatic Neck Ruff. I would have been easily manipulated in Elizabethan England.

The side view might be a little overwhelming, I'll grant you that.

This is exactly how this look was shown on the runway, and I confess that I kinda don't get it. The skirt is great; the top looks like it was forged from leftovers from Lady Gaga's meat dress.
