I mean, I genuinely think Bey would as readily wear this to the Oscars. I aso enjoy imagining that it's designed to keep anyone from getting too close. That right side is like a prickly little fence.
Regina King

This is a lot of boob tape, but as an outfit it also seems both appropriately jazzy and yet also comfortable for any and all actual getting-down
with Janelle Monae

Janelle looks awesome. I'm ready for these two to appear in something together.
with Tichina Arnold

EVERYONE wants to stand with Regina King! (Which I understand.) Unfortunately, Tichina is wearing the blazer version of those stadium-safe see-through purses that you have to bring to some sporting events and concerts now.
Fergie

This dress is making Fergie look a lot more buxom than I remember -- which is neither here nor there; just something I noticed. The MAIN thing I keep seeing is the candles on the floor, which I hope and assume are flameless.
Kim, Khloe, Kylie

Kim looks good, but did she NEED a dress with a great big duvet of a train for this? Clip that off and she's in a slinky sheath that feels a lot more workable. Khloe looks very starlet-generic and Kylie is basically Maleficent.
Cardi B and Offset

Maybe Diddy gave a prize to the most dramatically clad attendee.
Diddy and Chadwick Boseman

Is Chadwick wearing a glittery tailcoat? I am very much here for that
Naomi Campbell and Diddy

Could she line something JUST ONCE?
Corey Gamble and Kris Jenner

I LOVE his suit. Kris looks perfectly nice as well. She loves a tuxedo suit for herself, so i'm almost surprisd to see her in a gown.
Kelvin Hayden and Taraji P. Henson

Taraji looks divatastic, but also with a lot of pressure on her fashion tape to keep things wrangled.
Liberty Ross and Jimmy Iovine

It is probably for the best that I can't see her dress; the coat is amusingly dramatic.
Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg, and Shante Broadus

Snoop seems as conflicted as I am about Mary J's ensemble.
Christian Combs and LaLa Anthony

Neither of these people seems to have eyes that are focusing properly. I do at least like his jacket.
Diddy and 2 Chainz

I'm not sure why Diddy changed. Maybe he performed? Mary J. and others did, so I suppose it's not out of the realm that the birthday boy would serenade himself.
Kate Beckinsale

"It's okay, I didn't see my attendance coming, either. We're ALL surprised."
