Shailene Woodley in Petar Petrov

Okay! So, that's a beam of light on her lower leg, not some weird pant-leg split to the knee. Those pants are just...regular pants. I kinda like this. It's so severe.

Grace Van Patten in Khaite

Later, she is going to steal Shailene's idenity.

Sterling K. Brown

I embrace his habitual embrace of color.

Chase Infiniti in Cong Tri

This is REALLY cute. (I might have done a different shoe, but.)

Lily James in Max Mara

I will never endorse a belt that is just belting bare skin. It's so silly.

Sarah Pidgeon

I believe this is leather, and it's very cool.

Sarah Chalke

These shoes also don't work for me. (There were a lot of lightly odd shoe choices here.)

Brittany Snow in Alex Perry

I love this dress and ALSO maybe think the shoes aren't quite right. (Although she looks great.)

Chandra Wilson, James Pickens Jr.

"Hello! We're on Grey's Anatomy, which is still on TV, and you love us!"

William Stanford Davis, Quinta Brunson in Rodarte, Tyler James Williams and Chris Perfetti

"Hello! We're on Abbott Elementary, and you also love us!"

Dominique Thorne, Chinaka Hodge

They look like they're going to a fancy milestone birthday dinner at a resort and that IS a compliment.

Lucy Halliday in Chloé

I would not have made this choice -- the color washes her out -- but at the very least I hope her stylist warned her that doofuses online would make dumb jokes that she's wearing her bedsheets. (It's me, I'm the doofus.)

Poorna Jagannathan

This is Sexy Professional and it feels especially so because her clutch looks a little bit like an interoffice memo envelope.

Alfonso Ribeiro

Speaking of embracing color!

Enuka Okuma and Krys Marshall in Et Ochs

Everyone here looks nice! I want only the best for Krys Marshall, and Enuka Okuma was really charming on Paradise this season.

Abby Elliott

This is covered in tiny sequins and I'm not mad about it.

Lionel Boyce

"Let's talk about how I'm in Project Hail Mary."

Kaitlin Olson

I think...it's pants? (There were NO pics on Getty that illuminated this question.)

Emayatzy Corinealdi

This pattern is SO pretty; I do think this might have worked better as a one-piece standard-issue dress.

Grace Gummer in Dries Van Noten

Don't get mad, but I love it.

Kat Dennings

This ensemble was most recently seen on Amanda Woodward, screaming at someone at D&D advertising. Not the worst fashion icon of the 90s, tbh!

Constance Zimmer

This could ALSO veer a little Melrose Place, with the right styling. Throw someone into the pool!

Judy Reyes

This is giving Incredibly Competent Divorce Lawyer Who Doesn't Need to Go Into Court Today.

Scott Speedman

I mean, yes, sure, of course.

Eiza González in Proenza

This is VERY pretty -- as is she, of course.

Disney Threw a Big Party to Try to Garner Emmy Nominations

Let's call just call this what it is.
