D23 -- named for 1923, the year Walt founded the company -- is Disney's big presentation of new projects, and given that Anne Hathaway is one of the biggest stars of the moment right now, they used this to have her announce that *Princess Diaries 3* is... [well, still percolating, actually, ](https://www.ign.com/articles/the-princess-diaries-3-is-taking-so-long-because-disney-is-working-so-hard-to-get-it-right-anne-hathaway-says-d23?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)but whatever, if you can get Anne on your stage right now then you do it even for no real news. However, [they ARE officially making a *Romy and Michele* sequel for streaming](https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-news/lisa-kudrow-mira-sorvino-romy-and-michele-2-d23-1236673702/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). Get in, babes, we're off to invent the Post-It Note.
