This is a perfectly fine outfit, truly, but I DO NOT understand the coat? The belt part is just sort of tacked on there, and it's definitely not doing any cinching, or any particularly useful JOINING of things? If it were a cape, not anchored to her by any sleeves, then okay, but... it's just a strip, and frankly seems kind of irritating.
Wait, and what are those on her waist? Are those... also belts? Or... pins? I pulled this as a close-up of the top belt and the she found a whole fresh vexation. I AM DOUBLE VEXXED.

Dua is dating Anwar Hadid, so she hung with the fam in NYC. I just watched the first chunk of "Annette," the Adam Driver/Marion Cotillard musical, and there's a part where they wander around morosely and drone this single line of a song: "Weeee love each otherrrrr so muuuuuuch.: It's really dispassionate (well, up until he sings it into her crotch) and for some reason that line floated through my head when I saw this photo. And now I can't stop laughing. Guys, we haven't even gotten to the plot twists of Annette and it is already SO WEIRD.
