Y'all, when I saw this photo in thumbnail size, I thought it was a CULOTTE SHORTS JUMPSUIT and my reax was essentially "OH SWEET MAXIMA WHAT." But of course it's not. It's a dress. A very normal office-appropriate dress that is VERY in Kate's general wheelhouse. [It's basically the green version of this dress](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/wills-and-kate-mental-health-summit-wickstead-10-2018/).

I assume this woman, about whom Informative Caption gave me NO INFORMATION, is a bigwig at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, but I mostly chose this pic because I like that Kate appears to be admiring her outfit and she does look great -- I thought her coat was a CAPE for a moment and I was beside myself.

This little noodlemuffin is named Narriyah, and she is seven, and [this video of her and Kate reading her poem ](https://twitter.com/RE%5FDailyMail/status/1123597066666762242?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)(I think? It involves a lot of snapping and also clapping, which I personally think makes every poem better) is VERY cute. There was a lot of Cute Kid Interaction at this thing.
