Note number one: I think this suit is better with the boots than it was with the heels, for this particular event. I know some of you will think this skirt is too short; I disagree, but I think that the tights and flat boots also mitigate that.

Our old friend and lover Informative Caption tells us that Kate "sits next to 7 year old Alfie Thomas and 9 year old Emily Davis as she visits Caerphilly Family Intervention Team (FIT) to learn about their work with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, problems with family relationships and those who have or who are likely to self-harm." (a) That's a very very good cause; she and the boys have really gone all-in on issues of mental health, which I think is great, and (b) LOOK AT THOSE CUTE NOODLES!
