I shall begin by being Informative. Here, Kate is opening a Ronald McDonald House in London. Ronald McDonald Houses, as you probably know, provide housing for families who have seriously ill or injured children in the hospital, to make it easy for them to stay with their kids instead of having to drive back and forth from home or having to spend tons of money on a hotel or short-term housing. I actually didn't know they were a global charity; I thought they were only here in the United States. I ALSO was informed by our caption today. Anyway, it's a very worthwhile charity, and Kate looks very nice in this ensemble with her hair back like this.

As you can tell if you clicked through to the Puppy Post, this is not the exact same suit that Kate wore previously; it's the same fabric, but a different jacket, and it's a dress under there instead of a skirt, I believe. This is the definition of "I Like This So Much I'm Going To Buy Two For When The First One Gets Too Worn Out." Which I mostly, myself, do with jeans.
