It's... messy. I'm sure intentionally. Except that's not a surprise at all, because Emma loves a dress with a trouser component. Harris Reed for sure at least understands her tastes. (The HUGE thick rubber-sole shoes make me laugh. If no one can see them anyway, or barely, then you might as well go for comfort over flashy styling.
