All the lace work looks like it was torn out of something else, and then just stapled to some stuff that got chopped out of a ball gown skirt and then given a side mullet. It's... messy. I'm sure intentionally. But not interestingly.

And then of course SURPRISE it really is only half a gown, and honestly somehow looks worse that way? This is the design element we were missing in the first photo, but the "dress" looks cruddier now that it's just a haphazardly chopped top.

AND AGAIN, surprise, it's pants. Except that's not a surprise at all, because Emma loves a dress with a trouser component. Harris Reed for sure at least understands her tastes. (The HUGE thick rubber-sole shoes make me laugh. If no one can see them anyway, or barely, then you might as well go for comfort over flashy styling. I hope we find out they are actual recycled tires.)

In case you want to see what it looked like in motion. I don't know. I'm being hard on it, but I think it's earned my frustration.

I think the neutral shoe I would have gone with here is black or white, but as ever they look super.
