# Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus Are Still Happening

I have not gotten used to this yet. Billy Ray looks weirdly dirty -- and I don't mean pervy; I mean that in this photo it literally looks like Liz Hurley is clean and he is covered in a patina of dust. He's also never looked more like a member of [Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dr.%5FTeeth%5Fand%5Fthe%5FElectric%5FMayhem?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). For some reason I actually might have been *less* surprised to find out she was dating Floyd or Zoot.
