Elle Fanning in Versace
Elle had this custom-made for her, and it's definitely back-to-business-as-usual mode. We've got some shiny pink, a big bow in her hair, and an overall angelic aura. It does at least LOOK custom, both in fit, and specificity, as you'll see...
There's a better shot on Versace's Instagram -- it's slide 2 on this post -- but that is a rendering of Catherine II in the center of the bodice. What's cool about it is that you wouldn't necessarily know; from afar, or even up close, it just looks like ornate detail. So it never reads gimmicky or cartoony. We are not nursing bumps on her heads from being whacked on them by a fashion mallet.

I wish she'd chosen a different basic color scheme here. I know Vivienne Westwood's work is instantly recognizable, and that's important, but they so often look like they're oozing a hair off-kilter.

I don't know WHAT is going on here. That mock turtle is messy as Peter himself, and it looks like they grabbed moon boots to try and make the pants seem even a LITTLE less overlong.

Whereas these are... tapered? I think there's a knit cuff on them, but if not, then they're tucked into boots (I can't quite distinguish). He looks like a louche British aristocrat who's decided he has enough money to become a vigilante paratrooper.
