I keep thinking this is shorts, but I'm FAIRLY sure it's just a bad skirt. I want to like this, but... Charlize rarely looks a jumbled mess, and yet that's what I'm staring at. The parts don't add up to a cohesive whole. Weirder, it feels like Ruby Rose cosplay.
