This is a very Victorian design. I enjoy that she went so very traditional. Meghan should have called the Chloe people; this is fit so much better than her Givenchy was (which I reference mostly because it's the most famous wedding gown of the last year).
You can see the details a bit better here. She looks very happy! I hope Wills and Kate sent her a ham or something (she sang at their reception).

Katy looks like she's in Royal Family cosplay, but on a dime. Like, an actual dime; this is very Budget Shop Queen Elizabeth to me.

I don't love this line, and this dress -- great color aside -- is not doing anything to change my feelings. The headband or hat or whichever it is really gets me, though. It's so HEAVY on her. You're not wearing the crown, girl, so don't be heavy of head.
James Blunt and Sofia Wellesley
Sofia looks interesting. I can't say I love the lacy bits on top, but the red part is all right. She also just has the look about her of a person you'd be glad to see walk into a wedding where you don't know that many people, and she'd be like, "Ohhh, well, see the lady over in the corner? BROKE. It all started with her drunk great-grandfather and a fox hunt..."
