His suit is snappy, her dress is dramatic. I feel for her in this whole thing. Whatever you think of how any of it was handled, all that shit was heaped upon her without her consent; I still hear people wondering why she didn't control him, as if she is responsible for that grown-ass man's actions or could have predicted ANYTHING about that bonkers smack. I appreciate that she's continuing to be completely herself here. ## Jaden Smith ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13643190bc-1669874726.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (13643190bc) Jaden Smith 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 I just cannot with the pants pooling around his ankles. He looks like a toddler whose pants dropped off and doesn't know what to do. ## Willow Smith in Stella McCartney ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13643190ba-1669874735.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (13643190ba) Willow Smith 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 Willow looks REALLY cool in this. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13643192cq-1669874744.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock (13643192cq) Trey Smith, Willow Smith, Jaden Smith, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 And, Trey over there on the left also came to support his dad. This is a very pointed family showing of unity. ## Charmaine Bingwa ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13644218au-1669874637.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by AFF-USA/Shutterstock (13644218au) Charmaine Bingwa 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 I wish this cut were nicer -- it doesn't feel very precise, even for something that's intentionally looser. ## Tiffany Haddish ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13644218c-1669874699.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by AFF-USA/Shutterstock (13644218c) Tiffany Haddish 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 I got pretty tired of these fake-print clothes fairly soon after they hit. They're just not as interesting as... actual clothes. ## Alexis Louder ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13643190cu-1669874717.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (13643190cu) Alexis Louder 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 Now THERE is a real dress. ## Lela Rochon ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13644218am-1669874646.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by AFF-USA/Shutterstock (13644218am) Lela Rochon 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 This suit is a PARTY and I thank her for the invitation. ## Laura Prepon ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13644218aa-1669874655.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by AFF-USA/Shutterstock (13644218aa) Laura Prepon 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 Whereas this messy jumpsuit is a cringey funeral, and I must send my regrets. I have another commitment. ## Damian Smith ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13644218z-1669874664.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by AFF-USA/Shutterstock (13644218z) Damian Smith 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 This three-slide run was a big emotional swing. Happy, dreary, and then chipper again. This is dapper. ## Ben Foster ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13644218x-1669874673.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by AFF-USA/Shutterstock (13644218x) Ben Foster 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 I forgot he's married to Laura Prepon. (He's in the movie, so that's why SHE is here.) He looks fine, and also like he'd be well-cast as a prison warden. ## Gilbert Owuor ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13644218o-1669874682.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by AFF-USA/Shutterstock (13644218o) Gilbert Owuor 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 Black and blue together don't usually work for me, but that very rich color is super on him. ## Jessica Nabongo ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13643190fy-1669874708.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Chelsea Lauren/Shutterstock (13643190fy) Jessica Nabongo 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 I love this color, and her clutch. ## Paul Ben-Victor, Cali Senkpiel ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/11/shutterstock_editorial_13644218g-1669874690.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by AFF-USA/Shutterstock (13644218g) Paul Ben-Victor and Cali Senkpiel 'Emancipation' film premiere, Los Angeles, California, USA - 30 Nov 2022 True story: We sat near Paul at dinner a couple weeks ago, did not say his name out loud, did not discuss it, did not Google him. We don't know him. Two hours later, Facebook served him up as a friend request to Kevin. HOW DO THEY DO IT. It's a little eerie, frankly. His companion's dress is great. I wish Facebook would serve THAT to me.
