Kate is passionately committed to wearing the most bonkers Stephane Rolland outfits she can find, as this is her chaser to the grey one she wore at the premiere. She cannot have felt overly confident with the sheer panel, as she EXCLUSIVELY posed from this angle, and I'm curious how she did that unless she inched backward down the red carpet. It is certainly more of Addison Montgomery's business than I expected to see, but then, she IS an OB/GYN, so I guess... it's an area of interest for her?

You can see from this shot just how much MORE of Kate was visible, and also, it's such an awkward photo. It looks like both Kate AND Camille were reversed into place behind Philippine, who wasn't told about it.
