That blue is wonderful. I love it on her. I want it on me. It is, I think, a foolproof blue that would sparkle on anyone. But where this outfit sticks out a leg and knocks me on my face is: the harness. Because that is what all the beads look like. It's as if someone put her in an extremely expensive and extremely sparkly child leash designed to keep her from straying too far from the jungle gym.

The closer I look at how it wraps around the back, the more I think it spoils things.

I just... okay: Let's take off everything below the belt. It's better. But I'd actually take off everything running up her chest, too, and see how it is with just the collar. And if THAT doesn't work, hell, there's a perfectly pretty blue dress underneath that she sassed up with some elaborate shoes. It might have been enough. (I also have concerns that her updo is coming loose.)

I'm not mad at them, but those do look a little like she made them at home. A hot glue gun is a terrible thing to waste, after all.
