I assume... sewn there, like a giant purse-style pocket? It's hilarious. I would crack up if it's Velcroed. ** As usual, y'all saw the purse chain and I didn't. It's like... my brain decided it was stuck there and just DELETED the chain?!? Maybe it's trying to invent something???
