If her cleavage had an Instagram, it would be full of pictures of the pervy actors who came over to chat/loom SPECIFICALLY while she was sitting down.

Here's the dress as it was meant to be deployed. From this angle things seem better contained, but obviously that's somewhat illusory, given the view we got at the Governor's Ball. Perhaps it's the color of the dress, as if you're not meant to be able to tell where it stops and the cleav spills, which might be an attempt at making them seem less distracting/dominant. It did work, when she's not sitting. A fishtail would not be my choice of hem for her, though. And no extra froofery at the hip. She doesn't need froofery. She also doesn't need that purse, which I know because it is ME who needs it. ME.
