When I saw Kat with Duckie here on the Emmys show -- somehow I didn't see her on the red carpet -- I was legit concerned that one of her nipples was going to pop out. That dress is riding LOW on the girls. But the color is FANTASTIC on her, and her hair is gorgeous.

I also like the draping on this, although the whole thing looks here like it needs to be hitched over to the left about a quarter of an inch. Which might be the way she's standing. I think I like it? She's VERY pretty.
