As if JLD's life wasn't going well enough -- several Emmys, cute kids, a history as Elaine Benes, being an actual full-on heiress -- now she gets to be helped up a set of stairs by Jon Hamm and His Majestical Facial Hair. She HAS EVERYTHING, YOU GUYS.

If you don't watch Veep, you had no idea what was happening here, but basically the two of them did this entire thing in character -- Tony Hale plays JLD's VP character's "bag man." He hauls all her stuff and whispers factoids to her about all the people she's about to meet and reminds her of things and buys her pregnancy tests and is basically her most devoted servant.

These two looked lovely and also I find them both delightful. I think we've mentioned this before, but last year, when Heather and I covered the red carpet in person for Vulture, we spoke to both of them in person and they were both so classy and awesome, which was not the case with everyone.
