This is just good. It gets a little crinkled down at the bottom, but that's a nitpick. It's good, and she's great. I called this dress for Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman 2 press tour, but I'm fine with being wrong here. (And she brought her parents, and they were ALSO great.) (I'm still irked that she never won for Grey's Anatomy; let's get 'em next year, Sandra!)
Rachel Brosnahan in Oscar de la Renta
Rachel took home best actress in a comedy for Marvelous Mrs Maisel, which really cleaned up last night -- but to me she'll always be "the mean one on Manhattan," as I wrote in my notebook when we spied her at Fashion Week one year many moons ago, and I could only remember her from her role on that show about the making of the atomic bomb, on which she was excellent and also potentially an actual Nazi, if I remember it correctly. ANYWAY, we've come a long way from there, and she looks great in this color. I am never HUGELY enamored of One Droopy Strap, but -- again! -- that is a total nitpick. She will not look back on these photos with horror. And I loved that she used her acceptance speech to tell everyone to register to vote!

We JUST saw this on the Ralph Lauren runway! I suggested it for Rihanna, but it looks AWESOME on Zazie.

Padma wrote a really nice piece on her Instagram about re-wearing this dress and while it's actually not my most favorite thing she's ever worn, she clearly loves it, and I really wish people would rewear things more often, so let's all just carry on.
