I love the bracelet, the ponytail, the popped collar, the open shirt, the sparkly pants, all of it. I never would've called this, either, and perhaps that's why I love it even more. I might have completed it with a pointy shoe, rather than a peep-toe, if we're being picky. WHICH WE ARE. I think... if socks were not in the offing (I have a pair of oxfords and socks don't really work with them), then cropping was better than making the the regular length.
