There is so much to love about this, but tops on my list is the fact that it APPEARS she dragged the bed out onto her patio to set the stage. At first I thought it was a fireplace, but no, that's a HOUSE down there, and a cement ground, right? I'm not crazy? This is mesmerizing stage design.

When she came up, she stood stock still, to the point where I texted Jessica to ask if she'd put a cardboard cutout of herself in couture in front of an interesting Zoom background. BUT NO. She apparently WAS at the stadium?!? She looks beautiful but a trifle uncomfortable. Maybe because the game was over and the home team lost in overtime and she wanted to go home.

1) I finally started "Dead To Me," and she's really brilliant in it; 2) I want this to be my life all the time. I can't WAIT until the time the only fire in the lives of anyone I care about is the one behind me, contained in a grate.

She's also really good on Dead To Me, but the clip they chose for her was bizarre. I guess her work on that show is a bit more subtle than a clip often allows. Anyway, she looks great, and the flower arrangement behind her is also fantastic. This whole setup is great because it's not boring, at ALL, but she still pops against it. THIS IS FASHION COMMENTARY NOW.

His face is not because they lost; it's because Kimmel was teasing them about being nominated against each other. Bless ASP for wearing that wackadoodle hat. It's somehow deeply pro-mask, and yet, not the kind of mask that covers the right part of your face.

Did I show you the group pic because I knew you'd want to see Andre Braugher's face? Yes I did. Also, it's the only shot I could get that really showed Tony Shalhoub's ascot situation. Every other time, it was him clapping directly in front of it. Don't block the ascot, Tony! I don't make the rules; Zoom does.

Mahershala maybe needed to tilt up his camera a bit so that it minimized the manspread. Also, it was quite funny because he had a glare over his glasses, and he noticed it while he was still on camera...

... and ducked around it, and then laughed a little. It was charming and very relatable, like, "Oh, SHIT, it looks like I have tiny glowing eyeballs! I have to fix this!"

Kenan dressed very somberly for his category...

... but jazzed it up for a piece later. Well, a red t-shirt isn't jazz, exactly, but I'm speaking comparatively.

And we didn't get shots of everyone in here, either. Betty is up there rocking a pro-voting shirt and a sign about the court. I wish they'd given her proper screen time. D'Arcy Carden is wearing Valentino, and Marin Hinkle is in a VOTE tee in the Maisel font. I love that. A lot of celebs were on-point in reminding people to VOTE VOTE VOTE.

This dress is amazing and would have been one of my favorites. Not that it can't still be, but you know. It's different not getting to see them parade around on a rented rug.

Ramy kept it extremely chill. I know we're all at home, but I'm not sure I think it needed to veer into "I took a break from futzing with my carburetor to turn on my webcam." However, he won Twitter for the video of the Emmy dude waving goodbye without having needed to fork over the statue.

These two are making STATEMENTS with their casualness, at least. I also love her blazer and that whole dining room scenario. This is ideal for this nosy parker who wants to see into everyone's houses. SHOW ME YOUR STUFF.

Cheers back atcha, you crafty minx.
