(Photo by Christopher Polk/Deadline via Getty Images) This is also the second outfit in a row where he's worn a belt (or cummerbund) on the outside of his jacket. Three is a trend, Colman! Keep that in mind. ## Miriam Shor ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2295292336-1789444734.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Miriam Shor attends the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Kevin Mazur/Getty Images) She needs a necklace, a hoik, and maybe some softer boob darts. ## Tiffany Haddish ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294853048-1789444897.jpg) Tiffany Haddish at the 78th Emmy Awards held at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Christopher Polk/Deadline via Getty Images) I had no idea she was there. Remember when she was EVERYWHERE? ## Marian Wang ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2295294968-1789444747.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Marian Wang attends the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) She is one of John Oliver's producers, and I just loved everything about this: the ombre, the clutch, the lipstick. Dreamy. ## Yahya Abdul-Mateen II ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/YahyaAbdulMateenII_Dior-1789444621.jpg) 78th PRIMETIME EMMY AWARDS -- Pictured: Yahya Abdul-Mateen II arrives to the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards held at the Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026\. -- (Photo by: Randy Shropshire/NBC via Getty Images) Is that WOOL? Sir! IN THIS CLIMATE. ## Noah Wyle ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294833262-1789444925.jpg) US actor Noah Wyle arrives for the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at the Peacock Theatre at LA Live in Los Angeles on September 14, 2026\. (Photo by LISA O'CONNOR / AFP via Getty Images) Sure! It's there! He is dressed! ## Riz Ahmed ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2295303773-1789444721.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Riz Ahmed attends the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Monica Schipper/Getty Images) This read as grey to me initially, but now I'm wondering if it belonged with the blues. TOO LATE. Both for me, and for his tailor. ## Paul Anthony Kelly ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294853177-1789444853.jpg) Paul Anthony Kelly at the 78th Emmy Awards held at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Christopher Polk/Deadline via Getty Images) This looks weird. Almost like he's playing a character. He REALLY seems to be leaning away from the JFK Jr. likeness, which is interesting because I think Sarah Pidgeon is leaning INTO the Carolyn likeness. ## Mariska Hargitay in Sophie Couture ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294876017-1789444774.jpg) Mariska Hargitay at the 78th Emmy Awards held at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Rich Polk/Variety via Getty Images) This is beautiful. ## in Yara Shoemaker ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2295314387-1789444671.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Host Mariska Hargitay speaks onstage during the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images) Her whole night was a parade of sparkles, basically. This is one of three Yara Shoemakers that I knowof-- [this is another; we didn't have a pic](https://www.instagram.com/p/DdS1vyDxKR6/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). And the third... ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2295313729-1789444684.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Host Mariska Hargitay speaks onstage during the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images) ... is this vixen-spy situation. I'm telling you, I think she was auditioning for every future role she could possibly want. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2295318924-1789444641.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Host Mariska Hargitay speaks onstage during the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Chloe Kern/WireImage) And it was a night of hairpieces! Her hair hit a couple different lengths throughout the night, which adds a degree of difficulty. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294864883-1789444838.jpg) Mariska Hargitay at the 78th Emmy Awards held at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Rich Polk/Variety via Getty Images) Listen, they can't ALL be thrillers. ## Mariska ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2295308457-1789444712.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: Host Mariska Hargitay speaks during the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Chloe Kern/WireImage) I wish we'd had a better shot of her metallic accents. I am a sucker for some gold. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294860484-1789444868.jpg) Mariska Hargitay at the 78th Emmy Awards held at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Rich Polk/Variety via Getty Images) A Game of Thrones bit seemed VERY several years too late -- even WITH House of the Dragon and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms currently on. It just feels plundered already. ## in D&G ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294874538-1789444761.jpg) Mariska Hargitay at the 78th Emmy Awards held at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Rich Polk/Variety via Getty Images) Her big finish. While I love the bob, this fit seems the most precarious. I'd have dialed up Yara Shoemaker again. ## Alan Cumming ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2295307550-1789444699.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: (L-R) Alan Cumming and Emmy Rossum walk onstage during the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images) Alan changed clothes, and in this photo he totally looks like a designer at Fashion Week taking his bow with his favorite model. ## Sofia Vergara ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294852965-1789444882.jpg) Sofia Vergara at the 78th Emmy Awards held at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Rich Polk/Variety via Getty Images) She seems to have skipped the red carpet, which is very unlike her. She looks lovely, too. ## Noah Beck, Jessica Belkin, Stephen Amell, Hassie Harrison, Thaddeus LaGrone and Brooks Nader ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2295314212-1789444660.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 14: (L-R) Noah Beck, Jessica Belkin, Stephen Amell, Hassie Harrison, Thaddeus LaGrone and Brooks Nader speak onstage during the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Kevin Winter/Getty Images) I get it, I do. They're evoking the iconic red bathing suit and blondeness of, say, Pammy and Erika Eleniak and Nicole Eggert and Gena Lee Nolin. But they DID also have Yasmine Bleeth and Alexandra Paul and Traci Bingham. This is so bland and sad (and brassy, in the case of Brooks Nader). ## Jaclyn Smith, Kate Jackson and Cheryl Ladd ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294872157-1789444787.jpg) Jaclyn Smith, Kate Jackson and Cheryl Ladd at the 78th Emmy Awards held at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Rich Polk/Variety via Getty Images) It was nice that they acknowledged Farrah Fawcett in this bit. I do wish we'd gotten clips packages of this, and Buffy. ## Jamie Lee Curtis ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294871896-1789444810.jpg) Jamie Lee Curtis at the 78th Emmy Awards held at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Rich Polk/Variety via Getty Images) Has she worn this before? I probably am supposed to know these things. ## Matthew McConaughey, Woody Harrelson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294871792-1789444795.jpg) Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey at the 78th Emmy Awards held at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Rich Polk/Variety via Getty Images) These two had to stall because the show was short, and even with them being slow-talking dudes, they STILL couldn't stall enough. They have a show coming out playing on the (real) idea that they might be secret brothers, and I'm torn. I've heard it's funny, but I also am a bit tired of them both. ## Reba McEntire ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294869947-1789444824.jpg) Reba McEntire at the 78th Emmy Awards held at Peacock Theater on September 14, 2026 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Rich Polk/Variety via Getty Images) How wonderful that Reba sang one of Dolly's songs that was about her home. Not one that we all know from the radio, but one that Dolly knew from her heart and her soul. [We Did NOT Forget Colman Domingo at the Emmys! He's in our grab bag.![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2026/09/GettyImages-2294835975-1789444911.jpg)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/we-did-not-forget-colman-domingo-at-the-emmys-09-2026/)
