She is gorgeous. I remain forever confused about why Kerry never looks as good on magazine covers as she does walking the red carpet. She has a great face - and I think the minimal makeup works very well on her here.

I don't dislike this from the front -- in fact, it's the front view that sort of turned me around on this. Do I wish she were wearing a bracelet? OBVIOUSLY.

This is where she loses me. Not even for the cut-outs, but for -- BRACE YOURSELF -- the cape detailing. Something about the way this is draped makes her look, from the side, like she's just tied a long black tablecloth around her chest, and the Illusion of Tube Top isn't my fave. In short: I have notes. What are your thoughts?
