I am profoundly unmoved.

These telecasts make me impatient nowadays -- they're never about celebrating all the nominated work; just the preeners who get asked to present -- but I did laugh out loud during the fake Q&A when Melissa McCarthy asked about being towed and then blamed it on Edie Falco telling her she was okay to park illegally and leave a note, and finished it with a glare at Edie and uttered a bruised, "That came out of NOWHERE." It was a very well-delivered line. My point being: Melissa McCarthy is very inspiring as an intellect and a comedic performer, and she just hasn't found anything for the red carpet that's worthy of her, and that bums me out. As does this funereal tea cosy.
