Every time James Tupper pops up, I check to see if he and Anne Heche are still married -- just because I can't remember, not because I have a bet riding on it or something -- and they ALWAYS are, but! As of right now, Wikipedia claims they separated in 2018. (Anne's Wikipedia also has a cranky little note that her "personal life" section is "too long," which seems about right, but in Anne's defense, she has had a lot happen to her.)
