Everyone Else at the 2025 VMAs

Latto in vintage Versace

I don't know why she's holding/standing like she's trying to create the illusion of a windstorm, but! This dress is great on her.

Tyla in vintage Chanel

This was originally a long tunic top, so this answers the age-old question of "wait, is this a shirt or dress," with "whichever."

Tyla

Don't worry, she's got something underneath! This whole vibe is honestly very cute. (When else do you wear your shortest look?)

Justina Valentine

I love it when someone wears LITERALLY door-knocker earrings.

Justine Skye in Dsquared2

She looks FANTASTIC in this.

Malin Akerman

I love the texture on this.

Brittany Snow

Do we wish this was shorter? (It's great on her though.)

Shenseea

The VMAs are THE TIME for all and all showgirl-ish outfits, it's true.

Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton

Paris like, "this is a sculptural salute to the art of Harley Davidson," and Nicky is like, "I'm going to a black tie toga party after this."

Busta Rhymes

Something about this almost feels sensible. This man is here to perform! Just wait until he gets inside!

Trillian Wood-Smith

This is Busta's son and he stole his father's entire face!

Ty Dolla $ign

This is pretty chic! I like the driving gloves.

Ciara in Balenciaga

Honestly....I love it. Insert my usual waxing poetic about her face but also HER FACE.

KATSEYE in D&G

I mean, I guess!

Corey Fogelmanis

This sort of feels like a costume for a really editorial re-envisioning of Les Miserables.

Chance the Rapper

I love how Chance always kinda looks like he popped in on his way to his senior anthropology seminar.

Ts Madison

This is really pretty. I LOVE the coat.

The Kid LAROI

"Welcome to my Miami concept fine dining restaurant. We serve everything in martini glasses."

Evan Ross and Ashlee Simpson

"We are also investors in that restaurant."

Ayra Starr

"Listen, the Joann Fabric Going Out of Business Sale had a LOT of ribbon, I stocked up, okay?!?!"

Lola Young

I do not really think this look is particularly successful BUT I do think her performance was GREAT and people will remember that above the outfit anyway.

Megan Moroney

She is a country star and once I knew that, this made sense.

Leon Thomas III

Heather's notes in our document read, "child star on Broadway AND was a voice on the Backyardigans!!" I actually do love both these fun facts.
