# F9 Has Finally Premiered, More Than a Year Late

Somehow there is a ninth Fast & Furious movie, called *F9*, and it involves Vin Diesel getting his ragtag bunch back together to race cars in space. Okay, probably not with the racing, but it DOES involve space, and truly, that feels exactly right to me for this franchise -- and I say that having only seen one of them (*Fast Five* I think, because Dylan is obsessed with bank robberies right now; there is a lot of gross leering that hasn't aged well). But the problem is, space is -- I'm told by a reliable source -- the final frontier. What's left for the tenth movie, which I assume will be FFX? Moving to Mars? Racing on Saturn's actual rings? Going to literal hell? I guess we'll find out.
