Visiting the National Portrait Gallery
This picture cracks me up. She obviously burst out of the limo yelling "HOLLA!" right? Now, don't get me wrong. As always, she looks totally tasteful and pretty and fine. Kate is never going to pop up with her butt cheeks hanging out of her dress at an official event. But this feels a little...underdone to me? It's a lovely bridesmaid's dress for a summer wedding, but I wish she'd, you know. Worn a bracelet. Added SOMETHING.

I just couldn't resist this particular shot -- much like the photographer, I suspect. We're watching you, Kate. Everyone is watching you. ALL THE TIME. (Ugh, that's probably true.)

Side-view. She certainly is doing her fair share of speaking, lately -- which is probably a smart way for her to head off any PR about how she doesn't really DO anything except look pretty and wave. Which I think is kind of unfair. She's great PR for the monarchy, which is probably really good for British tourism. I love England to begin with, but the Royal Wedding and the Olympics totally made me want to go back to London even more than normal. I want to go back and drop a ton of money on tea towels and commemorative cups, you guys. I have three commemorative cups. I need more!
