She looks fancy for this event. Also, no offense to Anna Friel, but I hope they haven't named her as a Brit To Watch, because doesn't that imply she hasn't done anything with her life yet? Does no one remember *Pushing Daisies*?!

Suki is Bradley Cooper's barely-legal girlfriend, and I just accidentally called her "Suki Matterhorn," which, frankly, is a much more interesting name. She looks like Eater LA's Kat Odell to me, facially -- a fact it just took me like 45 minutes to suss out. (I only know what Kat looks like because I am Bravo's plaything and I watch *Eat, Drink, Love*. Every blogger who lives in Los Angeles doesn't meet up, like, quarterly in a bunker or anything.)

Per Wikipedia, "Lauren Harris is a British vocalist, who now resides in Los Angeles. She is the daughter of Iron Maiden bassist and founder Steve Harris. She was discovered in a pub." Weren't we all? That being said, this dress is both freaky -- it has a face! -- and actually really quite cool.
