Rosario is wearing Studio 189, a brand she runs that essentially -- if I have this correct -- a sort of collective that forms its runway collections from the works of African artisans (I am unsure if they showcase these artisans' own pieces, or design a collection and then hire them to execute it). The idea is to showcase traditional skills and materials, and the collections have been super colorful. She is obviously having a blast. That skirt IS amazing.
