Aw, man. MEMORIES. Also: THIS was the dress I remembered.

## Rachel McAdams

Too short then, too short now.

## Jennifer Hudson

As you may remember[ from our retrospective of the Globes](../../golden-globes-2007-what-are-they-wearing-01-2017), 2007 was the year that Jennifer Hudson won everything for *Dreamgirls.* What I did not remember is that Jennifer looked GREAT at the SAGs.

## Diane Kruger

She could wear this today, honestly. I have never liked the style that I like to call CHOOSE A SLEEVE, but she looks great here.

## Vanessa L Williams

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/46731_73139305-compressed-1485480290.jpg)

This dress is VERY 2007\. Not in a bad way. Just in a....this is what you wore to a formal event in 2007 if you didn't really want to go balls-out high fashion, but you were a woman of taste. The color is GREAT. (I miss Vanessa L Williams on my TV.)

## Reese Witherspoon

In which Reese is like, "since cocktail length worked so well at the Globes!!!!"

## Cate Blanchett

This is agreeable timeless.

## Kim Dickens

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/46671_73139446-compressed-1485480249.jpg)

This is NOT.

## Anne Hathaway

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/GettyImages-73139284_master-1485480538.jpg)

LOS ANGELES, CA - JANUARY 28: Actress Anne Hathaway arrives at the 13th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on January 28, 2007 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images)

Anne was there as a presenter, because she won Best Supporting Actress the year prior for *Brokeback Mountain.* I actually kind of like this on her. Still.

## Jeremy Irons

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/46611_73138040-compressed-1485480266.jpg)

I kinda covet this scarf, TBH.

## Ellen Pompeo

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/46721_73137813-compressed-1485480274.jpg)

Ellen did NOT forget a bracelet.

## Katherine Heigl

LOS ANGELES, CA - JANUARY 28: Actress Katherine Heigl arrives at the 13th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on January 28, 2007 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images)

She looks good in this. This also seems like a good place to note that we once interviewed Heigl at Fashion Week, and she was A HOOT.

## Mary Louise Parker

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/46631_73139263-compressed-1485480283.jpg)

This is like a salute to coffee filters.

## Marcia Gay Harden

LOS ANGELES, CA - JANUARY 28: Actress Marcia Gay Harden arrives at the 13th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on January 28, 2007 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images)

Her face says, "I KNOW. TRUST ME."

## Helen Mirren

Dame Helen looks damn good in this -- and her yellow clutch is great.

## Kyra Sedgwick

I kinda think you could take off the ribbon and wear this today -- styled totally differently, of course.

## Rinko Kikuchi

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/GettyImages-73138572_master-1485480801.jpg)

LOS ANGELES, CA - JANUARY 28: Actress Rinko Kikuchi arrives at the 13th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on January 28, 2007 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Vince Bucci/Getty Images)

This seems too depressing for Rinko, now and then.

## Jada Pinkett Smith

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/GettyImages-73139436_master-1485480592.jpg)

LOS ANGELES, CA - JANUARY 28: Actress Jada Pinkett Smith arrives at the 13th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on January 28, 2007 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Vince Bucci/Getty Images)

Looking back at it, she wears this color a lot -- and rightly. She looks great in this.

## Chad Michael Murray and Kenzie Dalton

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/GettyImages-73139464_master-1485480604.jpg)

ALL HAIL THE SQUINT! (This was the barely-legal extra to whom he got engaged but never married. I do not know how Sophia Bush managed to go to work with this dude every day for YEARS after their annulment. That took some serious emotional fortitude on her part.)

## Abigail Breslin

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/GettyImages-73139465_master-1485480617.jpg)

BABY ABIGAIL BRESLIN! (This was the year of *Little Miss Sunshine.*)

## Mariska Hargitay

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/GettyImages-73139541_master-1485480630.jpg)

Va va voom!

## Eva Longoria

This is lovely on Eva. A lot of people at the SAGs really pulled it together in 2007.

## Joy Bryant

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/GettyImages-73139666_master-1485480655.jpg)

She ALSO looks fantastic.

Sara Ramirez, whom I love, looks like she is wearing a bridesmaid's dress (I think it's the fabric).

## Felicity Huffman

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/GettyImages-73139710_master-1485480679.jpg)

LOS ANGELES, CA - JANUARY 28: Actress Felicity Huffman arrives at the 13th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on January 28, 2007 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Vince Bucci/Getty Images)

"Oh, I thought this was just a SAGs MEETING."

## Laura Leighton

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/GettyImages-73139738_master-1485480690.jpg)

The erstwhile Sydney looks charming in this, but I may be saying this because I owned a dress VERY much like this in 2007 myself.

## Constance Zimmer

![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2017/01/GettyImages-73139774_master-1485480702.jpg)

She looks fantastic about this and could wear this on Sunday. (Add a red lip, though.)

## Perrey Reeves

Sure, fine, whatever.

## Sandra Oh

I have questions about the black disc smack dab in the middle of this dress.

## Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher

## Julia Louis-Dreyfus

She doesn't age, and hasn't age, and possibly will not age????

## America Ferrera

This color is great on her. She also won for *Ugly Betty* here, as she did at the Globes, where she ALSO went for something timeless.

## Mary Tyler Moore
