# Florence Welch Downplays It Just The Right Amount

I suppose some people might argue that this is too muted a version of Florence Welch, but she's habitually so kooky -- everything Chanel sends down the runway, I can picture on her, almost unedited -- that it was refreshing to see her in a calm floral. She looks beautiful in this, but still very much like she owns a boutique in Silver Lake that mixes new stuff with vintage consignment, which I have to imagine is what she'll do if she ever quits the business in an exhausted vapor and retires to where winter fears to tread.
