This sort of perfectly gets her aesthetic -- she LOVES pink and black -- and I wish the step-and-repeat were not black! How have we not learned this yet?! Anyway, this is cheeky and youthful and she seems very comfortable in it. She also NAILED her performance. As I said to Heather last night, between Olivia and Billie Eilish (who was also GREAT), the youngs of today have a lot of great songs to angrily sing in the car when they have their hearts broken. (My generation had Alanis, so we were also well covered on that point. I will never forget the first time I heard "You Oughta Know." I was working at my dorm's front desk, and it was quite late, and I just had the radio on. [We were in charge of the music for the lobby, which was the greatest power I've EVER had. Sorry/you're welcome for all the ABBA, Sproul Hall!] And I remember just lifting my head up from my textbook and thinking, "oooooh, she's MAD.") Anyway, she's great.
