'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' film premiere at Grauman's Chinese Theatre, Hollywood, Los Angeles, America - 10 Apr 2008
It was the film premiere of 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' last night in Los Angeles. Directed by Nicholas Stoller and starring Jason Segel, Kristen Bell, Russell Brand, Paul Rudd, Jonah Hill and Mila Kunis. The story is about a devastated guy called Peter(Segel) who takes a Hawaii vacation in order to deal with his recent break-up with his TV star girlfriend, Sarah(Bell). Little does he know Sarah's traveling to the same resort as her ex ... and she's bringing along her new boyfriend(Brand).

This is very on-brand for this movie, given that the whole thing is set in a Hawaiian resort. I love the necklace with it. Kristen is so sharp and funny in The Good Place, and she's great in this movie; she rubbed me the wrong way on social media when this whole pandemic started, because she was pushing memes about how grateful we can be for all this free time to better ourselves. I'm hoping that was just a blip in judgment?

I apparently downloaded a dumb photo of this, because you can't see that there is some blue sequin edging. The vibe is a little "I don't care, whatever, sure, stick some blue on this thing," which ALSO kind of fits her character from this film.

I was just thinking to myself, "I miss Jason Segel. I hope he's okay." And then Kevin turned on an episodes of Dispatches from Elsewhere on AMC, which is Jason's new show, and it is... not good, which bummed me out.

This is totally adorable. The bodice is a little... deflated. But the color and the SHOES and her purse are all super.

Leslie, proving once again that she has hella fun taste and that her kids are going to inherit a GREAT wardrobe. I hope she didn't blow out a knee from standing like this.

Ah, Amber. This back when we called her Hidden Palms, because she was in that terrible CW show starring some dude who was also in The OC for a bit, and also Tessa Thompson. It was a terrible ride. None of this really sings well together, but they all might work on their own? Like a bad boy band where they all need to go solo.

Yes, that's right, Dave Navarro brought as his date none other than Stormy Daniels. That is NOT where I expected this slideshow to go. She was married to someone else at this time, so maybe they just went as pals?
