FOX Had a Big Party For TCAs and Many People Wore Patterns

Meghan Trainor

She's wearing a lamé robe AND bedroom slippers, for some inexplicable reason, but this is some excellent haireography, to be fair.

In which James Graham is ENRAGED no one told him about the all-lamé dress code. (I guess he won The Four, a show I've not seen one second of; she was also on The Four and I seriously just stared at that show's Wikipedia page for a LONG TIME trying to figure out how its rules work, and...it seems overly convoluted. Anyway, good for all these people for making some money.)

Angela Bassett

Guess what's not convoluted? Angela Bassett looking amazing.

Jennifer Love Hewitt

It seems Jennifer Love Hewitt is stepping into 911 as Connie Britton exits and honestly, I LOVE ConBrit but JLoHew feels really RIGHT on a procedural about a concerned emergency dispatcher. Also, I enjoy her dress. (It's this Kate Spade number.)

Fergie in Fendi

Can I admit that I kinda like this, although it is VERY jammies-esque? I find Fergie wearing something covered in stylized Fs to be amusing. Look, I just REALLY love a monogram.

Jordan L. Jones

Jordan L. Jones is in Lil Rel Howery's new sitcom, and his suit rocks.

Malcolm Jamal Warner

THEO!

Jamie Chung in Cinq a Sept

Jamie Chung, as ever, looks pretty great.

Damon Wayans

Behold the face of a man who is very pleased his troublemaking co-star got canned. Also one who believes in the power of leopard accents.

Nicole Scherzinger

Imagine how much cuter this would have been with turquoise shoes.

Dominique Jackson

I want Dominique to show Nicole how well her earrings pop with her dress, as proof.

Caroline Chikezie

Caroline Chikezie is in The Passage -- an adaptation of a book about which I had A LOT OF NOTES, but which I think will make a good TV show -- and I very much like her dress.

She was also on Footballers Wives, one of the greatest TV shows in history. Let me just share a few sentences from its Wikipedia page: "The [season] begins with Chardonnay's funeral following her death from anorexia. It is also revealed that she killed Jason [this neglects to mention that Chardonnay's funeral included a spoken-word rendition of Robbie Williams's "Angels"]...The season ends with a shocking cliff-hanger. Tanya is pregnant with Frank's child. She killed Frank for his money by 'shagging him to death' on a lethal combination of Viagra, alcohol and cocaine." (That was an amazing season.)

Also: "Tanya and Amber both have their babies; Tanya had the babies swapped at birth to hide the possibility that hers could be Frank's, but this backfired when Amber's son (Tanya's, really) was smothered to death by Amber's dog."

Also: "After Lucy leaves Bruno at the altar of their Pride and Prejudice-themed wedding, Amber...wastes no time getting revenge on Bruno, knowing he killed Conrad. She moves in with him and inflicts her own brand of psychological torture on him by making him think he is losing his mind. Becoming more desperate, Amber tries to poison, then shoot, him. In her last scene, she shoots Roger Webb, who loses his sight. Amber is then sanctioned and sent to a mental institution for bleeding on the brain." None of that has anything to do with this look but I just wanted to share.

Amy Acker

It's no bleeding on the brain, but I do wish she'd gone for gold sandals.

Henry Ian Cusick

Henry Ian Cusick is starting to look like what BOB from Twin Peaks would look like, if BOB weren't the actual devil.

Emmanuelle Chriqui

Let's be honest: This is both boring and flattering, and totally the sort of boring flattering thing I would personally wear if I were (god forbid) a famous person.
