Mindy's new show actually looks really good. (Here's the trailer.) I can't believe NBC passed on it, but it's going to be perfect with New Girl, which I also love, so we all win. Also: Mindy looks totally cute in this.

Jaime Lee Kirchner here was on Mercy, and I am glad she got a new job. She is pretty, and this dress is cute -- I find the shoes a bit boring? But over all, totally respectable outing, Jaime.

I love you, Matt Saracen, and you should have gotten an Emmy nomination for your final season on FNL (not that I would take the actual statue away from Coach. Related: Call me, Coach!) but what are you so GREY?

Martha Plimpton is/looks great. Again, I would have put her in a more interesting shoe but NO ONE LISTENS TO ME.

Darren, your shirt is groovy, but I wish you had shaved.

I don't know who Echo Kellum is, but I like his style.

Um, yes. I WILL watch a serial killer show starring these three, helmed by Kevin Williamson. I will watch that so hard. I wish James Purefoy had 86'ed the idea of sporting Clooney's haircut from 1997 though, and again, Natalie's shoes are boring (although her dress is cute, but I am an admitted polka dotaholic).

Very dapper, Mr Colfer.

ALSO dapper, Mr. Monteith! I guess they're still on Glee next season, somehow.

This might be the best Jenna Ushkowitz has looked at one of these things. I wish her shoes were strappier, though -- that dress is so summery, and those shoes (although totally reliable and acceptable; I have a similar pair) are kinda snoooooooooooooore.

Oh, NICK. I really love you, but what is happening on your head right now?

Jordana Spiro, who I ALSO really like and who deserves a good job, might be working this jumpsuit. I also hate HER shoes with it. WHO WAS ON SHOE WATCH HERE?

Dakota Johnson is the offspring of Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith. This is very safe -- even with the armholes -- which was probably wise given that this is sort of her big break. Warm up to the crazy, I always say. Facially, she looks less like a Don/Melanie mash-up and more like a Juliette Lewis/Kaley Cuoco mash-up. That's neither here nor there -- I just had to work out whose face hers reminded me of. It's pretty regardless.

I ALSO love Becki Newton! And I think she could have done better than this. It's kind of....nighttime.

On the other hand, I LOVE this.

I don't even know what's happening here. For ONCE I like the shoes, and if it weren't a mullet....we'd be in business. How many men have had that said of them in bars across this fine nation, I ask you?

I am on board with this.

I am only partially on board with this. I think my issue with her, actually, is that I like her so much better without bangs. You have such a pretty face, Lea!

Zooey would have a shirt that creates an open heart of skin across her clavicle.

I assume Randy is mugging to distract us from the fact that Steven Tyler is AWOL and J Lo decided to go to the What to Expect premiere. IS IT WORKING? A little.

Hey, y'all!
OMG, someone gave me a REAL JOB, where I have to show up and do things, like real people! It's so exciting that I totally don't even care that Demi Lovato and LA Reid are BOTH drawing focus from me in this picture! Mama's got herself a comeback, y'all! Today, X-Factor, tomorrow some kind of hair extension endorsement deal, and then we're really cooking with whatever that is that comes out of the stove! I CAN'T WAIT, Y'ALL.
See y'all in the fall! LOVE, BRITNEY.
