Geometric! Very neat. I'm sure Joan Rivers will approve. Or just... not say anything critical in front of her.

People were jonesing for a close-up of Miley's bad-ass shoes, so here you are. I just want you all to be happy.

These are... dramatic. And full of chafing possibilities.

Did she buy these in a bordello?

These make me think of My Little Pony toys. And not necessarily in a great way.

Vis a vis the last pair of shoes, if we're going to go THAT bright, I think sometimes keeping it simple like Ashley did is better. At least in some contexts.

These appear to be t-strap punps with... bootie mesh? I never thought I'd reach a place where "bootie mesh" was an actual different thing than "booty mesh," or indeed, that either of those phrases would be a part of my life.

Sigh. Plastic shoes.

Sigh. Wrong-size shoes.

Sigh. Cute shoes.

Ooh, I like these, too.

I do NOT like these. They look sort of cheap, and too close to those mules Amanda Woodward wore on Melrose Place. She is to be celebrated for many reasons, but her shoes were not one of them.

These are just insane. Come on now.

Bag break!

Bag break no. 2!

And, back to the business of footwear. I wrote "footwar" initially, which is shockingly apt for some shoes that people wear these days, but not so much these. I'm not sure I LIKE them, but they do not appear to be straining, blistering, or breaking anything.

I DO like these, though. For daytime. And not with a macrame dress.

Very ladylike. Barbara Hershey in Beaches would approve. It's like Grace here was Hillary on her feet and head, and CC Bloom everywhere else.

These are very, very retro. I don't mind it, but again, maybe not for an evening event.

Good on you, Pregnant Lady In Heels!

And then... yeesh. It's like walking with a block of wood strapped to your foot. Actually, looking at them, that might be EXACTLY what it is.
