## Cate Blanchett

Been a rough couple of weeks for Blanchett: it appears that she and Philip Seymour Hoffman were close, and she's getting some blowback for being the protagonist in a Woody Allen movie at a time when, say we say, Woody Allen is getting an incredible amount of less than ideal PR. So I can give her credit for picking a good dress and then doing basically nothing else. Sometimes shit gets real and you just have to get through.

## Lupita Nyong'o

For the first time, I have notes, and it's that I wish she were wearing different, brighter shoes.

## Meryl Streep

I enjoy how Meryl always looks like she's going to have some sandwiches at the country club, but she's running late because she had a fight with her gardener about what the hell he thinks he's doing with the topiary on the way out of the house. She does not, as they say, give an eff.

## Sandra Bullock

This seems weirdly unseasonal, and I know from my Los Angeles sources that it is certainly cool enough for a sweater there now. Strapless, at a luncheon, in February? I love you, Sandy, but hell no.

## Amy Adams

Speaking of NO. I actually really like this conceptually, but it feels a tad bit off-kilter in practice.

## Julie Delpy

This wallpaper is going to be spectacular in my power room. I do, however, love her lipstick.

[Fug and Fab the Oscars Nominees' Luncheon: The WomenNo, Jennifer Lawrence was not there. How hard is The Hunger Games working that poor girl? God. Show us the new Diors, J. Law! We demand them! \[Photos: WENN\]![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/wenn21072306.xml)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/fug-and-fab-the-oscars-nominees-luncheon-the-women-02-2014/)
