Bey both looks kinda great and also like she's about to start a residency at the Luxor and decided to dress like the decor. I will say that this look does not feel as dated as some of the other looks at this event. Believe it or not.

RiRi won Video of the Year and Monster Single of the Year for "Umbrella," and she looks SO cute in this dress. This is a great look for her. I forgot how much I loved that hair on her.

Ah, yes: Paris's brief Marilyn period -- or, perhaps more accurately, her Xtina-as-Marilyn period. To be honest, my big note here is that I wish her shoes were black. 2007 was so SHINY, you guys.

Because The Hills was SUPER a thing in 2007. Other than the surfeit of kitten heels here -- and I swear I owned ALL of those shoes -- these looks have rather stood the test of time. Styled differently, I think LC could get away with that little dress now.

It's surprising to see her with a full face of makeup now -- I've gotten so used to seeing Alicia without it. She also could probably wear this again now, without anyone batting an eye.

I THINK Josh Henderson was at the VMAs because he started in two of Ashley Tisdale's videos in 2007. (He had just finished an arc on Desperate Housewives.). This whole outfit makes him look so stumpy.
