Mischa didn't shy from turbans, nor from dressing like a flapper who was -- despite ample champagne cocktails and much Charleston-ing -- maybe a bit depressed.

Nor did she deny the allure of the Bra Gown and its constant companion, the Yellow Extensions of Doom.

She embraced the idea of figure-skating a program devoted to the surprising allure of fish scales, which evolved from that scene in Bridget Jones where she explains to her Smug Married friends that the reason she's single is because, under her clothes, she's "absolutely covered in scales." Hey, I would watch that long program.

She's not scared of Mom Khakis.

She embraces denim hip dusters.

She rolls with the caftan.

She can take a Christmas Tree skirt and make it a Person skirt

She feels no hesitation about returning to the wardrobe of her alter-ego, Sad Flapper, and switching it up so that it's more like Anemic Flapper.

She actually bought some of Lindsay Lohan's leggings. That's actually very supportive of her frenemy. (I just assume they're frenemies. Like, don't you think Lilo is reading this now and cackling? Just scrolling through this slideshow, eating Twizzlers and snorting? That's how I like to imagine it anyway.)

She sometimes gave her boobs a lovely comfy feather pillow on which to nap through boring parties.
AND WHAT DID TAYLOR EVER DO?

Oh, right. There WAS this.

She also hung out with John Galliano whilst sporting a long-line slip and thigh-highs, like you do. I mean, most of you do put a dress OVER that, but....Details.

No one ever said this girl didn't COMMIT TO A LOOK.

I mean, when you're dressing like it's for sale, you might as well collect the tips, right? Some people might call that BEING RESOURCEFUL.
Some people might call that...other things.

Hey, what teenage girl HASN'T gone out wearing just a ginormous shirt tossed on over a bra and a whole metric ton of eyeliner? Am I...never mind.

I'm actually wearing this as I write this slideshow. It's itchy.

I mean. What can be said about this that hasn't already been said by her shirt already? Say what you will about the sentiment on said top, but at least it's succinct.

"What? Are there people out there who HAVEN'T had their thigh-highs surgically attached to their legs? It's a revolutionary new procedure called Hoseioplasty and it will both change your life and make showering surprisingly challenging."

Don't you think her butt must get REALLY cold?

...not to mention other parts of her anatomy.

Giving the world the finger? Aw. Must be Tuesday.
