This is an interesting one. Kim's barrage of fuggery is largely one-note; Chloe's is full of flavors. Like going to a buffet that's all steak, versus one that's serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner all at the same time. I don't know if that's an argument for or against either one of them, but there's something to be said for how far and wide Chloe reaches, and yet she STILL seems to close her fist around something bonkers.
