# Fug Nation Loves Day Planners!

Earlier this week, I mentioned on Twitter that I'd finally bought my new day-planner for 2020 and I was reminded that Fug Nation LOVES a school supply situation, and people want to talk about their planners! I personally *need* a paper planner -- the act of actually writing something down helps me remember it -- and [the one I have bought for like a dozen years now has loads of room in it for me to also make lists, or take notes](https://rstyle.me/+fl%5FpMkuqgXwX95P-25mgBQ?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). (Like, if Heather and I have a phone call, I take the call notes in my day planner.)

[My own dream planner is this Smythson one, of course](https://rstyle.me/+qJax9rJFreUyS1roiox3ZA?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \-- although I LOVE my Moleskine -- but a lot of you on Twitter recommended[ Passion Planner](https://passionplanner.com/2020-dated-forest-green/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) (which are very neat!) or a [Day Designer](https://daydesigner.com/collections/shop-all-flagship?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) (which are *so* cute). ALSO, FYI, [Anthropologie has VERY cute planners](https://rstyle.me/+HP85A8yeTBT8AcNF4ynmBQ?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).

There are MANY options, some others of which I have rounded up below, but as ever, we're interested in hearing what you use and do. My college roommate had [a classic Filofax](https://rstyle.me/+V8U8iS6MFuYsr1p8BE5Dtw?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) that was SO VITAL to her existence that she just called it "The Book" and she carried it everywhere. We were caught in a tiny riot after UCLA won the NCAA basketball championship in 1995 and she literally carried it...during said riot. (Put that in your marketing materials, Filofax!\])
